Echo Chamber Games is an indie studio based in Royal Leamington Spa. Formed in early 2019 by three industry veterans, the small yet well-rounded team has many years of combined experience on games spanning a diverse range of platforms and genres. Today the studio strives to make charming, fun and inclusive games on PC and console.

Tim Lewis

record scratch "Yep, that's me. You're probably wondering how I got here... Well I am too!" I've been making games since 2012, working in larger AAA studios, and small Indie teams. Since I was a young kid I've been designing, and programming games, always exploring new and fun mechanics, and always trying to push myself further - along the way I've become adept in gameplay programming, networking, AI, and far more. I love making great games, and starting Echo Chamber Games with some really talented people has let me do exactly that. Now the skies the limit on what we can achieve, and I'll keep working hard to get us there!

Hannah Payne

I’ve mainly worked in small teams since joining the industry in 2010, so I’m a real generalist when it comes to art. I love the whole process of concepting, creating and implementing both characters and environments, with some VFX, shaders and the odd bit of graphic design on the side. I usually work in Maya, Photoshop, Substance and Unity but I’m always up for a challenge. I've been looking to break back out of mobile games for a while now, so I'm excited to see what the future holds with ECG! When I'm not working you'll usually find me plugged into Destiny (Titan main, of course).

Gavin Stewart

Commonly known as Gav, I'm a lover of game mechanics, game feel, and level design. I entered the games industry after graduating from my masters course at Abertay University in 2013. Since then I've been designing and creating commercial games. I'm more of a technical, hands-on designer, so minimal documentation and more time spent on game development is my jam. Speaking of jam (mmm, raspberry jam), I tend to take part in game jams. If I'm not making games I'm playing them and dissecting them like a mad scientist hellbent on finding out the special sauce that makes games tick. In my spare time I attempt to relive my childhood on a skateboard which rarely ends well. At least I can still design and code games with a sprained ankle...
